Refund Policy

Pyrworks LLC operates WireHarness.app from California, United States. California law applies, but you keep the mandatory consumer protections and court rights that apply where you live. These promises do not limit your legal withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty, late or undelivered service.

Before early access

Your $349 USD one-time Founding membership is fully refundable before early access opens. No software is delivered today. Early access opens when founding members can sign in to WireHarness.app and use it.

Use “Refund my membership” on your account page for a one-click full refund, with a confirmation step. The confirmation shows the amount and currency you paid. If payment is still settling or the refund is pending, contact support@wireharness.app for help; a pending refund is not yet a completed refund.

After early access opens, before you start your year

Your 12 months of Pro start when you open the app and click “Start 1st year now”. There is no deadline to start; your year never starts on its own.

Until you start your year, you can get a full refund at any time by emailing support@wireharness.app. The account-page refund action is available only before early access opens.

After you start your year

The 30-day money-back guarantee runs for 30 days from your own “Start 1st year now” click. Email support@wireharness.app within those 30 days for a full refund. After that, no refunds, except where the law requires them.

If early access is delayed

Early access opens by March 31, 2027. If it hasn't opened by then, every founding member is refunded automatically that day. You don't need to ask.

If early access looks likely to slip, we will email members. You can refund yourself from your account at any time before early access opens. If it has not opened by March 31, 2027, everyone is refunded that day (US Pacific time). Pyrworks issues these refunds by hand; “automatically” means you do not have to ask. Bank posting time varies.

How the money returns

We arrange refunds through Link/Stripe to your original payment method; posting time depends on your bank or payment provider. Your receipt and refund receipt come from Link, Stripe’s reseller and merchant of record, and the charge appears under a Link statement descriptor. Sales tax/VAT is included in the price shown where applicable. Buyers may be charged in local currency; we request a full refund of the amount charged in that currency.

A completed full refund ends your founding membership and the invitation to continue Pro at $349/yr, and releases your spot. There are 100 spots, with a spot held while checkout is open. Buying again depends on availability.

Otherwise, before your own 12 months end, we invite you to keep Pro at $349/yr for as long as you stay subscribed. No payment method is saved for future WireHarness charges. Nothing renews or charges automatically.
