Founding Member Terms

Pyrworks LLC, based in California, United States, develops WireHarness.app and provides the membership benefits described here. Your purchase is from Link, Stripe’s reseller under Managed Payments, under its checkout terms. These terms cover your membership and use of our software; they do not replace Link’s sale terms or reduce your legal rights.

You must be 18 or older to buy a membership. California law applies, but you keep the mandatory consumer protections and court rights that apply where you live.

What you are buying

A Founding membership costs $349 USD one time and includes 12 months of Pro. No software is delivered today. Early access opens when founding members can sign in to WireHarness.app and use it.

Your 12 months of Pro start when you open the app and click “Start 1st year now”. There is no deadline to start; your year never starts on its own.

Early access opens by March 31, 2027. If it hasn't opened by then, every founding member is refunded automatically that day. You don't need to ask.

If early access looks likely to slip, we will email members. You can refund yourself from your account at any time before early access opens. If it has not opened by March 31, 2027, everyone is refunded that day (US Pacific time). Pyrworks issues these refunds by hand; “automatically” means you do not have to ask. Bank posting time varies.

Your account and spot

Sign in with Google or email/password through Firebase Authentication. A verified email is required to buy. Members get emails about early access, their membership and purchase-related updates.

There are 100 founding spots. A spot is held while checkout is open, for up to an hour after expiry while payment events are reconciled, or longer for payment methods that settle later. Membership is confirmed only after payment succeeds; returning from checkout alone does not confirm payment.

Payment

Link is the reseller and merchant of record. Your receipt and refund receipt come from Link, Stripe’s reseller, and the charge appears under a Link statement descriptor. Sales tax/VAT is included in the price shown where applicable. You may be charged in local currency; check the amount and currency at checkout. Your account displays the amount and currency actually charged.

Refunds

Before early access opens, use your account page for a one-click full refund, with a confirmation step.

After early access opens, email support@wireharness.app for a full refund at any time before you start your year, or within 30 days of clicking “Start 1st year now”. After that, no refunds, except where the law requires them. The 30-day money-back guarantee runs from your own start click. See the Refund Policy. A completed full refund ends your membership and its continuation offer.

After your 12 months

Before your own 12 months end, we will invite you to keep Pro at $349/yr for as long as you stay subscribed. This purchase does not start a subscription: nothing renews or charges automatically. No payment method is saved for future WireHarness charges. Continuing is a separate choice.

Licence and use

Pyrworks owns the software. Your membership gives you permission to use Pro through your account for your paid period. You keep ownership of your designs. Do not share access, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully. We may suspend access for serious misuse or a security risk, with an explanation when possible. Contact support@wireharness.app if you need help with a suspension.

Early-access software may have bugs. Check your designs and every component's datasheet yourself before you build, wire or manufacture anything.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Pyrworks’s total liability connected to your membership or use of the software is limited to what you paid. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. It does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

Changes are posted here with a new effective date. Material changes are emailed to members, and members will be asked to review updated terms. Changes never reduce benefits you already paid for without your agreement.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
